How session data is handled.

This page describes high-level privacy handling for uploads, transcripts, and account access.

Data Collected

The workspace stores account profile data, uploaded audio, generated transcript outputs, and session metadata required to operate the service.

Data Use

Data is used to authenticate users, process transcription jobs, present session history, and provide export downloads. Data is not intended for public indexing.

Access Scope

Session records are user-scoped by default. Administrative users may have expanded operational visibility where required for workspace management.

Retention And Deletion

Session artifacts remain until manually deleted through application controls or administrative maintenance procedures.
